TEXAS v. MARKOVICH, 1979-00

The curtailment of others' First Amendment rights is not an element of the offense of disrupting a public meeting under Penal Code section 42.05, and because the statute provides guidelines for law enforcement and fair notice to citizens as to conduct proscribed, section 42.05 is not unconstitutionally vague on its face.
