WILLOVER v. STATE OF TEXAS, 746-01

Where videotapes contained both admissible and inadmissible evidence, it was the defendant's responsibility to specify and extract the statements he wanted to use for impeachment purposes, and since he did not do so, it was not an abuse of discretion for the trial court to exclude the videotapes.
