Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

CONNER v. STATE OF TEXAS, 73,591

Evidence that defendant was seen pointing a gun at victim, that money was found scattered around victim's body, and that blood was found in the cash register is sufficient to support the verdict that defendant killed victim in the course of a robbery, even if there was no evidence that any money was taken from the cash register.
