Court of Appeals of New York

People v. Taylor, 134

Convictions for second degree murder, second-degree assault, two counts of second-degree weapons possession, and first-degree reckless endangerment are reversed where the trial court, by providing the jury with a written cooperation agreement between the People and a witness but not the testimony of two government witnesses concerning the benefits of their cooperation, was an abuse of discretion.
