In these consolidated cases involving the lawfulness of a police stop, judgment in favor of the People is affirmed as to People v. Argyris and People v. DiSalvo, where the police had reasonable suspicion to stop defendants' vehicle based on the contents of a 911 call from an anonymous individual and the confirmatory observations of the police, and reversed and the suppression motion granted as to People v. Johnson, where the reliability of the tip was not established and where, although the defendant was observed committing a minor traffic infraction, the deputy was not authorized to stop the vehicle because he was outside of his geographical jurisdiction at the time of the infraction.
