Webb-Weber v. Community Action for Human Services, Inc., 79

A complaint under Labor Law section 740(2), the whistleblower statute, alleging a retaliatory personnel action because an employee discloses an activity, policy or practice of the employer that is in violation of law, rule or regulation that either creates a substantial and specific danger to the public health or safety, or constitutes health care fraud, is not required to identify the specific "law, rule, or regulation" allegedly violated by the employer.
