Defendant's sentence for two first-degree robberies to which he pled guilty, which was imposed on resentencing following his challenge to his original sentence, is affirmed, where: 1) if the originally promised sentence cannot be imposed in strict compliance with the plea agreement, the sentencing court may impose another lawful sentence that comports with the defendant's legitimate expectations; and 2) here, the judge's modification of defendant's sentence was proper.
