Judgments of convictions for criminal possession and sale of marijuana entered pursuant to pleas in two cases are reversed and remanded, where: 1) a defendant who enters a guilty plea must voluntarily and intelligently waive several federal constitutional rights, namely, the right to a trial by jury, the right to confront one's accusers and the privilege against self- incrimination; and 2) the records in the cases here are silent as to defendant's waiver of these fundamental rights.
