The State of New York v. Enrique D., 168

The finding that defendant suffered from a mental abnormality as defined in Mental Hygiene Law section 10.03(i), and the judgment that defendant is a dangerous sex offender, are reversed and remanded, where the lower court abused its discretion by precluding defendant's former girlfriend from testifying.
