Defendant's murder and manslaughter convictions are affirmed, where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to convict defendant of depraved indifference murder as well as first-degree manslaughter; 2) the County Court committed no reversible error regarding the suppression motion because defendant and his then attorney had consented to the seizure of his clothing; and 3) defendant's right to effective assistance of counsel was not violated.
