People v. Williams, 112

Defendant's convictions of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near school grounds are affirmed, where: 1) it was not error for the trial court to refuse to give an agency charge in this case; and 2) no mode of proceedings error occurred with regard to the jury questions.
