Plaintiff was entitled to summary judgment declaring the prenuptial agreement signed by her and husband to be unenforceable under Domestic Relations Law section 236B(3), where, in the acknowledgement section for husband's signature, the certificate fails to indicate that the notary public confirmed the identity of the person executing the document or that the person was the individual described in the document.
