The trial court did not err in failing to conduct an inquiry to determine whether a juror, who had written a note to the court seeking additional information, before the jury was charged, would be able to deliberate fairly and render an impartial verdict, where there was no indication from the note's use of the word "we" that the note-writing juror's impartiality was in doubt or that the juror had committed any misconduct.
