People v. Johnson, 61

In multiple buy and bust drug cases, the limited closures of the courtroom to the public when undercover officers testified comported with Sixth Amendment public trial principles, but a new trial is required in one case based on an erroneous jury charge on the agency defense, where there was a reasonable view of the evidence that defendant was acting as the undercover officer's agent.
