Court of Appeals of New York

People v. Lassalle, 25

Sentence for conviction of robbery entered pursuant to plea agreement is affirmed, where defendant failed to show he received ineffective assistance of counsel, because he did not show that there was no strategic or other legitimate basis for appellate counsel's failure to raise the issue that he was not advised that his sentence included 5 years of post-release supervision at his 2006 plea.
