The Appellate Division's decision to issue a writ of prohibition proscribing enforcement of a county judge's orders disqualifying a county district attorney and his staff from prosecuting a case, is affirmed where: 1) the judge exceeded his statutory authority as there is no basis for the disqualification in this case; and 2) the Appellate Division weighed the relevant factors in determining whether to exercise its discretion in issuing the writ of prohibition and the court's decision to do so was appropriate.
