In a case in which the People filed a misdemeanor information, one allegation of which was that the defendant, a registered sex offender, had admitted moving to two different residences without notification, conviction is upheld, where the absence of allegations in the information corroborating the defendant's statements about his residences did not affect the jurisdictional validity of the information, since corroboration of a defendant's admission is not a component of the prima facie case requirement for an information.
