In an article 78 proceeding seeking to prohibit the Conflicts of Interest Board of the City of New York and the City's Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings from proceeding with a scheduled administrative trial against a public servant who was subject to discipline under sections 3020 and 3020-a of the Education Law, the lower courts' decision in favor of the petitioner is reversed, as the agencies had jurisdiction.
