Bordeleau v. State of New York, 190

In an action challenging as unconstitutional the State's practice of designating state funds for the purpose of economic development, judgment of the trial court is affirmed where it correctly dismissed complaint as barred by documentary evidence, CPLR 3211(a)(1), and for failure to state a cause of action under CPLR 3211(a)(7).
