In an appeal from an order of the appellate division affirming a grant of summary judgment in defendant's favor, order is reversed where an issue of fact exists as to whether and to what extent defendant exercised control over property on which it independently operated a recycling center such that it was liable to plaintiff for injuries he suffered while on the property.
