In an appeal from a judgment of the appellate division affirming an administrative determination concerning the scope of the Workers' Compensation Law sections 27(2) and 15(3)(w) as amended, judgment is affirmed where the court properly construed the amended statute to require an insurance carrier to deposit a lump-sum amount into the Aggregate Trust Fund (ATF) representing the present value of subject award.
