Edwards v. Erie Coach Lines Co., 136

In a choice-of-law dispute arising from several wrongful death and tort actions and involving a guest statute's cap on noneconomic damages where negligence causes catastrophic personal injury, judgements of the appellate division are affirmed as modified where court erred in its application of cap on noneconomic damages with respect to one group of defendants but properly the third Neumeier rule with respect to the remaining defendants.
