Court of Appeals of New York
Cragg v. Allstate Indemnity Corporation, 118
In a dispute involving the proper interpretation of an exclusion provision in a homeowner's insurance policy excluding coverage for bodily injury to an insured, judgment of the appellate division is reversed where judgment should have been granted in plaintiff's favor because the provision did not operate to bar coverage for the noninsured plaintiff's wrongful death claim for the death of the insured decedent.
