In an appeals arising from Court of Claims Act section 8-b and the unjust conviction and imprisonment of plaintiff, dismissal by trial court is reversed where pre-trial confession by plaintiff to the crime he was ultimately convicted of do not warrant dismissal of claim on the ground that he caused or brought about his conviction.
