In a medical malpractice "wrongful birth" action brought by parents of a child born with Joubert Syndrome, a neurological disorder causing abnormalities in brain development and function and resulting in developmental and behavioral deficits, the Appellate Division's reversal of the Supreme Court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants is affirmed in light of the certified question answered in the negative.
