Grobman v. Chernoff, 197

In plaintiff's appeal from an arbitrator's award of damages, the Appellate Division's order holding that plaintiff was entitled to prejudgment interest on the damages award is affirmed where there were no circumstances in this case indicating that plaintiff gave up the right to interest when she agreed to arbitrate damages.
