Hoffman v. Parade Pubs., 132

In an age discrimination action asserting that plaintiff's termination violated the New York City Human Rights Law and the New York State Human Rights Law, the appellate division's reversal of the dismissal of the complaint is reversed where non-residents of the City and State of New York must plead and prove that the alleged discriminatory conduct had an impact within those respective boundaries when bringing an action under the statutes at issue.
