Court of Appeals of New York

People v. Reome, 112

Defendant's rape and conspiracy to rape convictions are affirmed where one of defendant's alleged accomplices was the only witness to identify him, but the witness's testimony was corroborated as N.Y. Crim. Proc. Law 60.22(1) required because the victim's detailed account, and the DNA identifications of the three other rapists, gave strong reason to believe that the witness's description of events was very largely true.
