Imposition of level three sex offender classification on defendant in anticipation of his release from prison is affirmed where defendant failed to preserve his contention that the prosecution failed to provide him with the statutory 10-day notice of their intent to seek a risk level classification different from the recommendation of the Board of Examiners of Sex Offenders.
