Order vacating a plea to possession of a controlled substance and robbery arising out of the robbery of a known drug dealer in Manhattan is affirmed where the plea was jurisdictionally defective as defendant was not charged with robbery under Penal Law section 160.15 (2) and it is not a lesser included offense of Penal Law section 160.15 (4).
