In case where plaintiff was injured when she fell while descending a subway stairway, verdict for plaintiff followed by Appellate Division's vacating award for pain and suffering and subsequent stipulation by plaintiff to reduced award, is affirmed as defendants had a duty to maintain the stairway or to warn patrons of any dangerous condition.
