Conviction of robbery in the third degree and sentence, as a second felony offender, of 2.5 to 5 years, for stealing two bottles of body wash from a pharmacy by putting them in his pants and punching and shoving the security guard on his way out, is affirmed over principal claims that: 1) the trial court erred by prematurely instructing potential jurors during voir dire on the elements of the crimes for which he was on trial; and 2) the trial court abused its discretion in its Sandoval ruling.
