Dismissal of complaint alleging that exposure to benzene in gasoline caused plaintiff-gas station attendant to develop acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) is affirmed as the appellate division properly precluded plaintiff's experts' opinions and properly deemed them insufficient to defeat summary judgment where they failed to demonstrate that exposure to benzene as a component of gasoline caused plaintiff's AML.
