Trial court did not abuse its discretion, after discovering a Brady violation occurred at pretrial suppression hearing, in ordering a new suppression hearing, at which defendant was allowed to attack the witness's credibility with the newly-disclosed evidence, and the prosecution was allowed to call another witness who did not have the same credibility problem.
