Order Granting complete indemnification against a third-party defendant, after the jury apportioned fault in the amount of only 10% to that defendant, is reversed where, under article 16 of New York's Civil Practice Law and Rules, a tortfeasor whose liability is determined to be 50% or less cannot be found responsible for total indemnification of non-economic loss.
