TOMPKINS COUNTY SUPPORT COLLECTION UNIT v. CHAMBERLIN, No. 2
Family Court Act section 413-a authorizes the Family Court to review and adjust an underlying child support order in accordance with the standards set forth in section 413, not merely to decide whether or not a cost-of-living adjustment amount should be applied.
