SHIMAMOTO v. S&F WAREHOUSES, INC., 1 No. 110
While plaintiff-merchant could not maintain an action under UCC 7-210, for damages allegedly caused by defendants' willful conduct in the sale of commercial goods, in order to satisfy a lien for unpaid warehouse charges, complaint reinstated and case remitted because defendants may be liable for a non-willful violation of the statute.
