New York City housing agency must file purchase and work orders for work that it authorized in buildings with dangerous conditions under RPAPL Article 7-A by listing such orders in its own building-by-building index under New York City Housing and Maintenance Code Sec. 27-2144(b) to place purchasers and lenders on notice of the lien.
