DUBBS v. STRIBLING & ASSOCS., No. 89

Once a broker enters into a contract to purchase a seller's property, any fiduciary duty and broker-principal relationship is discontinued with the seller, and there is no longer a reasonable basis to expect a broker purchasing the property to continue to act as the seller's fiduciary.
