Conviction for unlawful delivery of alcoholic liquor is affirmed where where: 1) 235 ILCS 5/6-16(a)(iii) unambiguously prohibits the delivery of alcohol to minors by all persons; and therefore 2) minors may be charged with delivery of alcoholic liquor to a minor.
