In a wrongful-death action stemming from the death of plaintiff's husband in a workplace accident, a court of appeals decision partially reversing a circuit court judgment for plaintiff is reversed and the circuit court's ruling affirmed where section 2-1117 of the Code of Civil Procedure does not apply to good-faith settling tortfeasors who have been dismissed from the lawsuit.
