The appellate court's decision affirming the circuit court's order denying postconviction petitioners leave to file late notice of appeal, but remanding the cause and authorizing the petitioners to file successive petitions is vacated and remanded where once the appellate court had determined that the trial court had ruled correctly the appellate court's jurisdiction ended because there was no other appealable order.
