In a suit for fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation arising from defendants' failure to tell plaintiff that their son, plaintiff's fiance, was infected with HIV, jury verdict in favor of plaintiff is vacated where the tort of fraudulent misrepresentation is not appropriately expanded to this purely personal setting.
