In the matter of an agreed judgment of parentage whereby defendant was ordered to pay child support, denial of petition for vacation of the support order based on termination of defendant's parental rights is affirmed where there was no evidence that the children were, or had ever been, in the process of being adopted so as to bring the situation within section 17 of the Adoption Act.
