In an action arising from defendants' alleged failure to advise plaintiff that she may have contracted hepatitis C from a blood transfusion that she received during hospitalization 13 years prior to filing suit, dismissal of the claims under section 13-212 of the Code of Civil Procedure is affirmed where plaintiff's claim arises from patient care and the statute of repose contained in section 13-212(a) of the Code applies to bar her action.
