In a suit seeking reimbursement of skilled nursing care services provided to defendant's employee, reversal of the dismissal of the complaint is affirmed and the matter remanded to the circuit court where: 1) the "main purpose" or "leading object" rule is the rule for determining whether a promise to pay the debt of another is removed from the statute of frauds; and 2) whether a suretyship was created and a determination of the "main purpose" or "leading object" of defendant's promise are fact questions.
