Following a conviction for misdemeanor unauthorized possession or storage of a weapon resulting in adjudication of delinquency, order vacating the delinquency finding is vacated and the circuit court is directed to reinstate the delinquency finding where the Juvenile Court Act does not give a judge authority to vacate, over the state's objection, a delinquency finding that has previously been lawfully entered on the basis of a guilty plea.
