Country Mut. Ins. Co. v. Livorsi Marine, Inc., 99807

In an insurance coverage action arising from a trademark dispute where notice of the lawsuits was not given to the insurance company until after over 20 months had passed, judgement in favor of plaintiff insurance company is affirmed where, in the absence of reasonable notice, the insurance company was relieved of its duty to defend.
