Harrisonville Telephone Co. v. Illinois Commerce Comm'n, 97172
In an action to determine what the Illinois General Assembly meant when it ordered the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) to establish a "universal service support fund," judgement for plaintiff is affirmed where the ICC order stating that only single residence or single business lines could receive support was an incorrect interpretation of the Act.
