Canel v. Topinka, 96755
In a claim for dividends from stock which was presumed abandoned under the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act, dismissal of the claim is reversed and the matter remanded for computation of just compensation where plaintiff was entitled to the dividends earned while shares of stock he owned were in the custody of the state as abandoned property.
